Van Drivers and Aides
Help individuals access meaningful work and supportive services by providing safe, reliable transportation.
Position highlights:

Part-time hours
-
Monday through Friday
-
No weekends
-
Split shifts, typically between 6:00–9:00 a.m. and 3:00–5:00 p.m.

Flexible scheduling
-
Up to 29 hours per week
-
No CDL required for drivers
-
No prior experience required
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Employment is dependent on favorable clearances, drug screening, and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license for drivers.
Direct Support Staff
Direct Support Staff work with individuals throughout the day, providing encouragement, guidance, and support within Vallonia’s facility and in the community.
This role helps individuals participate in meaningful work, build practical skills, strengthen independence, and stay connected.
Position highlights:

Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor helps create a safe, organized, and supportive work environment where individuals can build skills and contribute to meaningful production work.
This role combines daily production oversight with individualized support, learning opportunities, recordkeeping, and quality control responsibilities.
